Contest focuses on nature pictures

Ventura Land Belief requests photographers, beginner {and professional}, to submit unique nature pictures for consideration within the 2019 Ventura Land Belief Nature Pictures Contest and Exhibit.



The goal of the competition is to encourage folks to discover the pure world round them with a digital camera, whether or not that’s of their yard, by a neighborhood stream or a when visiting a nationwide park.

Every photographer can submit as much as three unique nature pictures of wildlife, landscapes or scenic magnificence.

The entry payment is $20, and the deadline is Sat., July 13.

VLT’s panel of judges will choose three winners and a gaggle of finalists whose pictures can be featured in an artwork exhibit and sale from Sept. 5 via Nov. 30 on the partitions of Rincon Brewery, 4100 Telegraph Street, Ventura.

All submissions can be judged on topic, composition, framing, lighting and total “wow” issue.
