Man charged in New Hampshire church taking pictures accused of assaulting lawyer

Dale Holloway, 37, was charged with first-degree assault after inflicting a severe head harm to his lawyer, Michael Davidow, on the Hillsborough Home of Corrections, mentioned state Lawyer Common Gordon MacDonald in a press launch.

He was initially charged with first-degree assault within the incident.
