We’relooking for anentrepreneurialbrand and commercialenthusiaststhatwill be responsible for growing and expandingourEcoverbrand in the CE region and makingit a love brand for consumers and customers. Responsible for achieving the Net Sales and Market Shares target, yourkeytaskwill be to buildengaginglocal marketing plansbased on regional and globaltoolkits and develop channel and customerstrategies and drivepromotionplans.

The Associate Manager, Customer Marketing is a keyplayer to push the growth of ourEcoverbrand in the CE region. It iscrucial in this role to collaborateclosely with the local Sales teams and customers


  • Responsible for Net Sales and Market Shares

  • Input into the CorPlan process for the Category assigned (Annual Budget)

  • Develop local marketing plans with high ROI choices and a focus on digital, social and activation style marketing managing the yearly marketing budget 

  • Translate the global and regional portfolio and innovations into a locally relevant strategy 

  • Drive and translate the Regional and Country Group Strategy into detail growth plans by channel and customer

  • Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the Point-of-Sale (POS) incl. implementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans

  • Implement Customer Thought Leadership workshops with key customers to drive growth and customer expansion and create regular trade presentation

  • Input and or lead strategic collaboration with in- country distributors/strategic wholesalers and top retail customers 

  • Work closely with Sales across the CE markets and provide input into the monthly forecasting process 


  • Graduatedegree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing orsimilar

  • Commercial background with a solid practicalexperience (ideally Marketing or a combination of Brand, Customer Marketing and Sales).

  • Fluent Language skills in English and Czech and preferably 1 otherlanguage (such as Slovakian, HungarianorPolish

  • Understanding and knowledge of the retail environment in Central Europe

  • Willingness and ability to push for outstandingresults

  • Passionatemarketeer with ideallysomeexperience in social, digital and PR activation marketing

  • Strongcommunicator and team worker, able to buildrelationshipsatalllevels and acrossfunctions in anambiguous environment

  • Get thingsdonementality and highlyorganized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Stronganalyticalskills and fast decisionmaking

  • Demonstratedynamism and curiosity

  • High level of autonomy
