WEST POINT, NY. – All five players for the Crimson remained undefeated at the ITA Northeast Regionals today and moved into the round of 16.   
 
David Lins, Melchior Delloye, and Masato Perera took down their round of 32 opponents in straight sets to move on to tomorrows rounds.  Lins took down Leonardo Mileikowsky (Bryant) 6-3 in both sets to secure the win.  Delloye defeated Jonah Dickson (Boston) convincingly with a final of 6-2 and 6-1.  Finally, Perera shut down Tolunay Sumer (Fairfield) 6-3, 6-4.
 
While experiencing slightly tighter matches, Alan Yim and Valdemar Pape were able to secure wins and move on to tomorrows matches.  Yim secured the first set over Sam Hodges (Fairfield) (7-5) and narrowly lost the second set in tiebreakers (77-64) but was able to convincingly take the final set (6-2).  While Pape, split the first two sets (6-4, 4-6) against Thomas Lake (Army) and then similarly easily won the finals set (6-1).
 
With wins tomorrow, the Crimson players would secure their qualifying spots in the ITA Super Regionals and would join their teammates, Henry von der Schulenburg, Harris Walker, Daniel Milavsky, and Ronan Jachuck, who all automatically qualified based on national and regional rankings.
