Tulane Triumphs in Festive Showdown: A Holiday Tournament Victory!

NEW ORLEANS — The Tulane women’s basketball squad (7-4) achieved a tough 68-63 win against ULM (4-7) on Saturday afternoon, securing the title at the Tulane Holiday Tournament.

Amira Mabry, named the tournament MVP, topped the Green Wave with 21 points and 12 rebounds, hitting 9-of-15 from the court. Kendall Sneed added 20 points, five assists, and four rebounds, which included two three-pointers. Victoria Keenan contributed nine points and four rebounds, whereas Sadie Shores gave significant support off the bench with six points and seven rebounds. Tulane excelled in the final quarter, outpacing ULM 20-10 to clinch the win.

Following the holiday recess, the Wave will commence conference action at Florida Atlantic University on Dec. 29 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
