Lamb has agreed to a $136 million contract extension in 2024 and has assumed new leadership responsibilities despite facing criticism for his previously perceived negative body language. While the 2024 Cowboys may be out of the postseason contention, as long as players like Lamb are giving 100%, the team will continue to exhibit resilience.
