“This is Grinch Joe Biden’s farewell Christmas gift to the State and the citizens of Louisiana.

The Trump administration would likely have obstructed this case from being filed. As observed this week in Concordia Parish, Joe Biden and Merrick Garland’s directives appear evident – push through as many frivolous cases as feasible before time expires. 

This is the same extreme ‘justice’ department that pursues political adversaries, targets Catholics, and perceives concerned school parents as a menace. Meanwhile, our nation faced an invasion at our southern border and violent crime surged across the country. The American populace is fed up with Biden’s ineffective DOJ. 

As we have repeatedly stated, this issue originates from the unsuccessful criminal justice reforms advocated by the previous administration. These reforms ultimately complicated the criminal justice apparatus, offering criminals a free pass.

This past year, we have undertaken substantial measures to safeguard Louisianans and ensure that those who perpetrate crimes also serve their sentences.

The State of Louisiana is dedicated to upholding the constitutional rights of Louisiana citizens.
