Northeast Florida’s Premier All-Girls Swimming Squad for 2024!

The Times-Union designates the yearly All-First Coast team for high school girls swimming and diving for the 2024 season in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

FIRST TEAM

Lily Doyle, Jr., Ponte Vedra

Automatic All-American with a fourth-place finish in the 3A 500 free (4:52.00); secured fifth in the 200 free, and ranked second in the 400 free relay.

Charlotte Driesse, Sr., Nease

Champion of Class 3A in 200 IM (2:02.34) and runner-up in 100 free, both achieving All-American consideration times; committed to Kentucky.

Victoria Edgar, Jr., Bolles

Secured the Class 1A 100 breast title with an automatic All-American time of 1:02.48; aided Bolles in winning the 200 medley relay.

Jenna Frost, So., Bartram Trail

Dual All-American with second place in Class 3A 200 free (1:47.88), third in 500 free (4:51.04), and also third in 200 free relay.

Neriah Giedrys, Sr., Fernandina Beach

Committed to Northern Iowa, won the Pirates’ first girls swimming title in the 2A 100 breast (1:02.73), achieving All-American consideration; also placed seventh in the 50 free.

Blakely Hammel, So., Episcopal

Dominated Class 1A sprints in 50 free (22.90, automatic All-American) and 100 free (50.17).

Lila Higgo, Sr., Bolles

Michigan signee set the Bolles 100 back record at 52.74, and contributed to state champion Bulldogs in three relays, all achieving automatic All-American times.

Allison Kelly, Fr., Bolles

Remarkable newcomer conquered automatic All-American 1:48.06 to win Class 2A 200 free, and contributed to the 400 free relay; finished second in the 100 free.

Ainsley Stephan, Jr., Bolles

Class 1A 500 free runner-up in automatic All-American time (4:51.91); secured fourth in 200 free, and also won 400 free relay.

Gianna Vasto, Fr., Bolles

Achieved victory in Class 1A diving championship with the best score in Northeast Florida of 469.80.

Eva Whitehead, Jr., Union County

This junior made history for the Fightin’ Tigers by winning Class 1A 200 IM in an automatic All-American time of 2:00.01; also finished fourth in 100 breast.

Penny Zarczynski, Sr., Ponte Vedra

Yale signee is a four-time champion: won Class 3A 100 fly (53.74) and 50 free (22.78) in automatic All-American times, along with two relay titles.
