“Under ₹100: Small-Cap Stock Soars 5% After Game-Changing Partnership with Dixon Tech”

Small-cap stock beneath ₹100: Shares of Cellecor Gadgets were capped at the 5 per cent upper circuit in intra-day trading on Friday, December 27 after the firm joined forces with a subsidiary of Dixon Technologies to enhance its home appliance lineup.

The small-cap shares, which are included in the NSE Emerge index, informed stock market platforms through a filing on December 26 that it has allied with Dixon Electro Manufacturing Private Limited (DEMPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies to broaden its home appliance range by producing high-quality refrigerators.

As part of this collaboration, DEMPL will manufacture a variety of refrigerators for Cellecor, utilizing its cutting-edge facilities and vast manufacturing knowledge.

Cellecor intends to further enhance its product range and solidify its position in the home appliance sector through this partnership.

Stock Price Movement

In the wake of this announcement, Cellecor Gadgets’ share price surged 4.98 per cent to ₹64.25 each compared to its prior close of ₹61.20.

Despite today’s increase, Cellecor Gadgets shares are trading 30 per cent lower than their IPO price of ₹92. The stock debuted on the NSE SME platform on September 28, 2023 at the IPO price.

However, in the past month, the stock has gained 15 per cent and a remarkable 122 per cent over the last year.

Cellecor Gadgets’ IPO, which occurred from September 15 to September 20 last year, was subscribed 116.33 times.

Cellecor Gadgets Biannual Performance

Cellecor Gadgets registered an operational revenue of ₹425.71 crore for the half-year concluding September 2024, an increase of 103 per cent compared to ₹209.65 crore reported during the same timeframe last year.

In addition, its profit after tax soared by 108.26 per cent to ₹14.62 crore in the initial six months of FY25, up from ₹7.02 crore in the equivalent period last fiscal year.
