Unleashing the Reconifex: An In-Depth Build Guide and Review for Warframe Enthusiasts

Warframe: 1999 introduced numerous new elements to the game. From the Efervon Tank encounter and its more challenging variant, to fresh additions to the ever-expanding weaponry, including Cyte-09, the latest sniper warframe, and the Vesper 77 suppressed pistol. However, one of the most exciting new features that accompanied this update was the Reconifex auto rifle. The Reconifex is a new slow-firing, powerful weapon that boasts a truly impressive gimmick, but before delving into that, let’s discuss my suggested build for it!

What follows is my build, which requires only two forma:

To start, Rifle Elementalist is essential. This is because it enhances the damage inflicted by status effects, which, if you’re utilizing the gun’s gimmick effectively, will yield an immediate increase. Finding a balance between essential mods like Serration and Galvanized Chamber, along with Aptitude and a critical build, will be beneficial across all activities. Yet, the new Primary Crux will help the weapon excel.

Primary Crux permits, after achieving 10 weak point hits, for 3 out of 5 bullets to be fired without cost, coupled with quadrupled status chance. This capability allows the Reconifex to sustain firing for extended periods and trigger multiple status effects while dealing enhanced damage. With Hunter Munitions actively applying slash effects to facilitate the swift defeat of foes. However, given all this, how does it actually perform?

Reconifex Review

The Reconifex, as a newly introduced auto rifle, stands out distinctly, especially when compared to similares like the AX-52. With a notably high magazine capacity and the unique feature resembling an “Active Reload” akin to the Gears of War series. By timing your reload perfectly, you not only achieve a faster reload but also ignite each bullet in that magazine. This allows for a focus on pure damage output without the need to stress about optimizing for reload speed.

The Reconifex should definitely be an option worth pursuing; it has proven genuinely remarkable in every circumstance I’ve tested it, from Steel Path missions to Archon Hunts.
