Disney is collaborating with third-party organizations to provide FREE (indeed, 100% complimentary) classes commencing in early January 2025. Situated at Walt Disney World, as part of the Disney Springs Wellness Month, select classes will be available weekly. Lululemon, Cirque du Soleil, Jo Malone, and others are partnering with Disney to prioritize wellness in 2025.

For anyone who hasn’t previously visited, it’s important to note that Disney Springs is free to explore. No-cost parking, no entrance fees, and free entertainment. In terms of Walt Disney World, this location remains unparalleled for what you can enjoy while spending the least amount of funds.

Disney Springs offers ground parking and parking garages; you can input this address into Google Maps or this address into Apple Maps to navigate to Disney Springs. The official address is: 1486 E Buena Vista Dr, Orlando, FL 32830.

The Orange Parking Garage operates for the majority of hours daily and provides quick access to the AMC Movie Theater and the West Side of Disney Springs (previously recognized as Downtown Disney). Additional options include the Strawberry Parking Lot, the Watermelon Parking Lot, the Lime Garage, and the Grapefruit Garage (which may be closed on select days). We always advise starting with the Lime Garage as the first option, as it is the most centrally located garage relative to most of Disney Springs – however, consider the Orange Garage if you plan to catch a movie or attend Cirque du Soleil.
