We have selected some of the most outstanding performances from Dec. 8-14, and now it’s your opportunity to vote for your favorite.

Keziah Wilson, Pocono Mountain East wrestling: She triumphed in her Queen of the Mountain match against Pocono Mountain West by pinfall

McKayla Strunk, Stroudsburg girls’ basketball: She netted 16 points in a 45-27 victory over Delaware Valley

Mia Gardina, East Stroudsburg South swimming: She won the 100-yard breaststroke against Nazareth with a time of 44.02

Caitlin Hoffman, Stroudsburg swimming: She took first in the 200-yard freestyle against Allentown Central Catholic with a time of 2:32.16

Ashley Garner, Pocono Mountain West swimming: She claimed victory in the 200-yard freestyle against Dieruff with a time of 2:37.02

Mya Jimenez, East Stroudsburg South wrestling: She won her match against Emmaus’ Peyton Schneck via 6-0 decision

Valentina Gadayera, East Stroudsburg North swimming: She finished first in the 100-yard freestyle against Stroudsburg with a time of 1:18.38

Boys Athlete of the Week Nominees

John Varkanis, Pocono Mountain East wrestling: He emerged victorious in his King of the Mountain match against West via tech fall

Messiah Bowman, East Stroudsburg South boys’ basketball: He scored 16 points in a 54-29 triumph over Western Wayne

Kameron Knight, Stroudsburg boys’ basketball: He registered 13 points and four rebounds in a 47-42 win over Palmerton

Zach Prator, Pleasant Valley boys’ basketball: He netted 22 points in a narrow 48-47 victory over Catasaqua

Kareem Oliver, East Stroudsburg South swimming: He finished first in the 200-yard freestyle against Nazareth with a time of 1:55.58

Chudi Ogbolu, Stroudsburg swimming: He led in the 50-yard freestyle against Allentown Central Catholic with a time of 25.98

Cody Smith, East Stroudsburg North swimming: He won the 100-yard freestyle against Stroudsburg with a time of 56.85
