OCEANSIDE, Calif. – Rutgers gymnastics commenced their 2025 season with a score of 194.850 on Saturday night at the American Gold Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Classic held at Frontwave Arena. Rutgers triumphed over Southern Utah (194.750) and Wilberforce (180.275), while narrowly missing out against Arizona (194.925) in the quad meet.
 
The Rutgers beam team achieved the top score of the event on the apparatus, recording a 49.150. All six Scarlet Knights received scores of 9.775 or higher, with five of them obtaining 9.825 or above.
