Name: Annika Sharma
School: Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Year: Junior
Events: Sprints/Back
Hometown/High School: Alamo, Calif. / Carondelet
 
Sharma secured two individual event triumphs and was instrumental in two relay victories during a dual meet against Occidental College. The junior triumphed in the 50-yard freestyle by just over half a second (24.87) while also winning the 200 Back with a time of 2:09.90, in addition to posting a split of 27.35 in the opening 50 Back segment of the 200 Medley Relay and competing second in the 400 Free Relay.
 
Diver of the Week
Name: Ava Balanon
School: Caltech
Year: First-year
Events: 1m/3m
Hometown/High School: Vacaville, Calif. / Buckingham Collegiate Charter Acad.
 
Balanon clinched the 1-meter event in a double-dual contest against California Lutheran University and the University of Redlands, achieving a score of 312.05. The freshman also attained a narrow second place in the 3m event, finishing closely behind defending conference champion and teammate Jana Woo, with scores of 288.35 to 286.45.
