Event Overview

Come join us for an evening of Fireside Fun at CFPA’s Open House, a special gathering for new contributors to experience the warmth of our community while witnessing how your contributions safeguard forests, parks, and trails.

Commence the Evening with Adventure

Start the night at 5:30PM with a brief guided 1 – 2-mile nocturnal hike through the pathways of Highlawn Forest. Dress warmly, carry your flashlights, and uncover the splendor of the woods in February. This enjoyable and interactive hike is perfect for all ages, presenting a distinctive opportunity to engage with nature after dark.

Cozy Up by the Fire

From 6:30 – 8:30PM, gather at the CFPA Meeting Room for indoor/outdoor fireside goodies! Relish in hot cocoa, a nacho spread, s’mores, and live music by Bryan Titus as you connect with fellow nature lovers and learn about CFPA’s vision.

Enjoyable for the Entire Family

This is your chance to engage with other dedicated supporters and discover our programs and efforts—all while having a great time! So dress warmly and bring your family along. We’ll provide interactive activities for both adults and children.
