Position Summary

NBS Latam is an engaging and demanding environment to work in. As an Analyst, your role will involve supporting the LATAM markets to meet their requirements regarding Travel and Expenses reporting, reimbursements, and outstanding line item accounts, with a focus on resolving issues and discovering areas for enhancement.

A day in the role of…

Conduct travel expenses audits within the Appzen/Concur platforms, ensuring expenses comply with Travel Policy.

Provide travel-related technical support to both internal and external teams;

Facilitate process improvement initiatives and assist with more complex ones;

Ensure timely updates of Operating Guidelines and Operating Standards;

Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders on operational matters pertaining to the process.

What will contribute to your success

• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with Concur is preferred
• Background in Accounting Processes
• Expertise in Travel Expenses Audits using Appzen/Concur Applications
• Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
