This information comes from VideoCardz which secured the product box image (displayed below), showcasing Inno3D’s new iChill design – but crucially, supports earlier speculations indicating that Nvidia’s RTX 5090 would feature 32GB of GDDR7 memory.

While it’s essential to highlight that this is not yet confirmed as we await Jensen Huang’s keynote at CES (now only hours away), this serves as the most significant indicator. There is no confirmation on its potential pricing despite circulating rumors of a $2,500 cost, but we won’t have to wait too long to discover.
