Although spring break holidays are commonly perceived as a chance for students to indulge, Condé Nast Traveler asserts that grown-ups merit their own spring break retreats and presents a selection of 25 locations to do precisely that.

The travel magazine and website emphasize that spring break excursions are “shining examples of one of the finest travel hacks available,” as they can be experienced during the transitional seasons beyond the peak summer and winter travel times.

To get ahead in planning your travel, Condé Nast Traveler compiled a list of 25 adult spring break spots for 2025. And unsurprisingly, a town in Oregon made the list, showcasing how Oregon’s hotels, campgrounds, beaches, dining options, and more frequently feature on these types of best-of rankings.

The location in Oregon that earned a spot among the top adult spring break suggestions is Bend, a central Oregon town celebrated for its picturesque landscapes, available recreational activities, cozy accommodations, delectable cuisine, and additional attractions.

As per the Condé Nast Traveler article, “The Pacific Northwest is one of the most stunning areas in the United States. To immerse yourself in all that nature offers while still enjoying the benefits of urban life, head directly to Bend, Oregon (approximately three hours south of Portland). The town averages 300 sunny days per year, granting visitors countless chances to go hiking in the Cascades or engage in kayaking and fly fishing on the Deschutes River.
