- Charges may apply for ticket cancellation. Partially utilized tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- Fares and available seats are dependent on availability.
- The fares displayed include the applicable taxes, EXCEPT for Philippine Travel Tax.
- Fees for rebooking may apply for each person per alteration and may pertain to flight or date changes. Open jaw is not allowed.
- No-Show penalties will be enforced for passengers who do not cancel their confirmed bookings at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Reminders:
• For online ticket purchases, the Philippine Travel tax will be paid separately at the airport. If qualification for exemption or discount is applicable, documents must be presented upon check-in.
• Complimentary hotel accommodations will not be available for lengthy transit times between flights.
