Jersey Mike’s Celebrates WAC Women’s Swimming and Diving Stars of the Week!

ARLINGTON, Texas – Northern Arizona’s Elsa Musselman and Mackenna Stocker have received the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Swimmer and Diver of the Week accolades for the competition period concluding on Sunday, Jan. 5.
 
Musselman, a junior, achieved first place in the 200 butterfly during NAU’s dual encounter with Arizona, completing the event with a time of 2:04.07. Musselman also participated in NAU’s 400 medley and 200 freestyle relays, where the Lumberjacks earned a couple of third-place finishes. Musselman and her team clocked in at 3:48.80 for the 400 medley relay and 1:36.46 in the 200 freestyle relay.
 
Stocker, also a junior, garnered her second WAC Diver of the Week award this year after attaining two top-two placements in the Arizona dual meet. Stocker claimed first place in the 3-meter dive with a score of 262.43 and shared second place in the 1-meter dive with a score of 265.20.
