Participants of the NARUC Winter Committee Meeting are required to register for the meetings PRIOR to securing a room at the specified hotel utilizing the NARUC group rate. The accommodation link can be found in the registration confirmation email. Rooms in the NARUC hotel allocation are reserved solely for registered participants. Only a single reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations made by unregistered individuals or multiple bookings by the same person are prone to immediate cancellation or rate modification.

Room bookings must be conducted through the NARUC accommodation link. Reservations made via any other means or directly with the hotel may incur different rates and cannot be modified by NARUC personnel. The accommodation link is provided in the registration confirmation email.

Room Costs: Single/Double Occupancy: $299 plus 15.95% applicable taxes. This price is contingent on availability within the NARUC room allocation. Be advised that the group rate is accessible until midnight on January 31st or until the rooms are sold out. **No reservations via phone will be permitted **

Keep in mind that the group rate is available until midnight on January 23rd or until the rooms run out. Phone-in reservations are accepted with the conference code provided in the registration confirmation email.

If anyone purports to be connected to a travel or convention accommodation agency and offers to book a hotel room for this event, DO NOT share your contact or payment details. This is a scam. NARUC has not engaged with any such firms. Occasionally, these companies misleadingly assert to be the official housing bureau or room representative for NARUC. Should the primary hotel reach full capacity, overflow hotel details will be posted on our website.
