What will your tasks entail?

Prepare dishes in alignment with all portion sizes, quality expectations, departmental rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate food temperatures are maintained, food is stored adequately, the freshness and quality of all menu offerings, and packaging all products to meet required specifications
Follow waste management guidelines and document all waste using the spoilage log
Conduct opening, closing, and side tasks along with end-of-day inventory

About you

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-house foodservice role
Capacity to read and understand preparation sheets and recipes
Basic arithmetic abilities, with the capability to compute and follow recipe measurements
No high school diploma or GED required

Physical demands

Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs or more, reaching up to seven feet, bending, and squatting
Standing and walking for the duration of your shift in moderate to high noise environments
Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and utilize kitchen equipment
Exposure to varying temperatures and humid conditions
