2. Tackle any physical and mental health issues before you travel as necessary.

3. Generate and keep a document that lists any physical and mental health disorders, medications, contact details for healthcare providers, and insurance information as necessary.

If you expect to require any immunizations or medications specific to your destination before traveling, or if you have any health conditions that could elevate your risk for severe illness from COVID or other diseases, chronic conditions, severe allergies, etc., please ensure you discuss your travel plans with relevant healthcare providers prior to your departure to ensure proper preparation.

6. Consider bringing masks and hand sanitizer in your carry-on luggage and using them throughout your journey as needed.

7. Look for more information regarding specialized considerations for your destination, including but not limited to insect protection and related matters (such as Malaria, Zika, Tick-Borne Diseases), food and water safety, high-altitude travel, exposure to blood-borne pathogens, Rabies, etc.
