“Making Waves: Women’s Swimming & Diving Welcomes St. Michael’s for First Home Showdown Since November”

WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley women’s swimming & diving squad has not participated at home since prior to Thanksgiving, but that hiatus concludes as the Falcons face St. Michael’s in a dual match on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 2 p.m.

Bentley’s most recent home competition was on Nov. 23, where the Falcons triumphed over Keene State, 151-35. Bentley has not had a meet since the Gompei Invitational held by Worcester Polytechnic Institute from Dec. 6-8.

Senior diver Hilla Almog has made a significant impact after being awarded Northeast-10 Diver of the Year for 2023-24. She has received the NE10 Women’s Diver of the Week recognition six times this season – the latest after the Gompei Invitational, where she excelled in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dive categories.

The current NE10 Rookie of the Year – Skyla Lang – continues to impress this season, alongside junior Taylor White, who has also been securing numerous victories. Together with Jordan Nuzback and Caroline Ubert, they are expected to lead the Falcons from this weekend through the NE10 Championship (Feb. 13-16).

After a lengthy break, Bentley has three meets scheduled in quick succession. The Falcons will revisit Worcester for the WPI Tri-Meet on Tuesday (Jan. 14), followed by a home matchup against Southern Connecticut on the subsequent Sunday (Jan. 19).
