Photography Services – Request for Proposal

The NORWALK COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT (referred to as the “District”) is inviting proposals to deliver photography services for the District for a minimum duration of three (3) years but not exceeding five (5) years. These services cover the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 academic years, concluding on June 30, 2028. There is a possibility for additional annual renewals to extend up to two years. Proposals must be presented in written form by 1:00 p.m., March 1, 2025. Proposals will be accepted at the Marketing and Communications Department, Norwalk Community School District, 380 Wright Road, Norwalk, Iowa, 50211, Attention: Tiffany Redman. All proposals should be distinctly labeled on the outside of a sealed envelope as “Proposal for Photography Services.” Proposals may also be submitted via email to tiffany.redman@norwalkschools.org. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. As the process advances, it may be necessary to clarify elements within your proposal. The proposal should contain contact details for the individual who will be representing the service provider throughout the process. Our aim is to obtain Board approval at a subsequent board meeting during the 2024-2025 academic year.
