Series Record: UND vs. The Pioneers
The Fighting Hawks maintain a significant advantage in the historical series against the Pios, leading 11-4 overall and 4-2 at the Betty. UND is currently on a seven-game winning streak against Denver, dating back to February 6, 2021.
 
Last Encounter: vs. Oral Roberts
For the first time since 2022, the Fighting Hawks engaged in overtime during a regular season match. UND narrowly lost, 98-91, in a closely contested double-overtime thriller against Oral Roberts, who is ranked No. 20 in the Mid-Major Women’s Basketball Poll.

Kiera Pemberton led North Dakota with a personal-best 34 points and eight rebounds, shooting 14-of-24 from the field. Mikayla Aumer contributed 18 points, just below her career-best of 19, including 5-of-11 shooting from beyond the arc and 6-of-14 overall. Walker Demers added 11 points, going 3-of-3 from the charity stripe and securing eight rebounds. Nevaeh Ferrara Horne and Jocelyn Schiller were also among the five Hawks who scored in double digits.

UND recorded a shooting percentage of 52.2% from the field (35-of-67) and an impressive 92.9% from the free-throw line (13-of-14). NoDak shot 34.8% (8-of-23) from three-point range. Tonight marked the first occasion the Hawks shot above 50%. Oral Roberts achieved a shooting percentage of 44% (33-of-75) from the field, 32.1% (9-of-28) from three-point range, and 79.3% (23-of-29) from the free-throw line. Oral Roberts took advantage of UND’s 18 turnovers, netting 26 points from those errors. UND maintained a 46-34 edge in points scored in the paint.
