Bloomington early closures

A number of businesses and service providers have posted early closing notices on social media. Here are some of the establishments closing early:

• South Central Community Action Program offices in Bloomington, Brown, Morgan, and Owen counties, which closed at noon.
• Bloomington City Hall closed at 1 p.m.
• Allison-Jukebox Center and Banneker Community Center are shut.
• The Twin Lakes Recreation Center and Frank Southern Ice Arena are both closing at 3 p.m.
• Opportunity House closed at 1 p.m.
• The Waste Reduction District of Monroe County closed at 2 p.m.
• Monroe County Public Library branches closed at 2:30 p.m.
• Monroe County government offices closed at 2 p.m.
