Join us for an interactive photography session at Oracle State Park, an ideal setting for nature lovers and budding photographers! This guided experience with Ranger Michael will instruct you on utilizing your camera’s manual functions, encompassing aperture, shutter speed, and more, while appreciating the picturesque charm of the park’s environments and wildlife.

Event Agenda:

9:00–9:30 AM: Photography Orientation

Begin your day with a brief photography workshop in the historic ranch house living room. Discover crucial settings and methods to capture breathtaking landscape and wildlife photographs.

9:30–11:00 AM: Photography Hike

Embark on the 1.2-mile Nature Trail for a guided photography hike. Hone your skills as we pause along the trail to immortalize the park’s splendor.

Event Information:

• The hike involves sandy locations, rocky pathways, and variations in elevation.

• This event is perfect for novices familiarizing themselves with manual camera adjustments; however, seasoned photographers and smartphone users are also welcome.

• Kindly bring durable hiking footwear, your camera, and ample water.
