PITMAN — The New Jersey Athletic Conference revealed its weekly accolades for women’s swimming and diving for the week concluding on Jan. 12.
 


SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
BRIDGET ZAGROBELNY • University of Mary Washington

Zagrobelny has been awarded NJAC Swimmer of the Week for her pivotal role in guiding Mary Washington to a dominant 229-57 win over Catholic, triumphing in all three individual races she participated in. Zagrobelny finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:10.11), the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.14), and the 200-yard individual medley (2:18.75). She currently possesses the NJAC’s fastest 200 breaststroke time (19th nationally) along with the second-best 100 breaststroke time. Moreover, she ranks fifth in the NJAC for the 200 IM.
