Fontainebleau Las Vegas Unveils Exciting Parking Policy for 2024!

The latest casino-resort on the Las Vegas Strip has introduced new parking regulations for the upcoming year.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas has revised its self-parking regulations for 2025, which encompasses an expansion of the resort’s unique valet validation program and a decrease in the free self-parking duration.

According to the establishment, any visitor dining at the resort’s “prestigious restaurant and bar collection, making purchases at retail venues, or indulging in a service at Lapis Spa & Wellness and IGK Salon” can now authenticate their valet service.

Guests are entitled to one hour of complimentary self-parking in 2025, a reduction from the prior four hours granted since the resort’s debut in December 2023. Self-parking fees are set at $20 for a maximum of 24 hours, while residents of Nevada will continue to benefit from up to three hours of free parking with a valid identification.

Members of Fontainebleau Rewards at the silver tier and above are afforded free self-parking. Furthermore, hotel patrons can self-park at no cost.

RRR’s lowered valuation

Although Red Rock Resorts’ stock plunged to a 52-week low last week, a notable analyst anticipates that the parent company of Station Casinos Inc. will make a comeback.

“Following the announcement of third-quarter earnings on Nov. 8, RRR shares have declined by approximately 22 percent,” noted Deutsche Bank analyst Carlo Santarelli in a report to investors on Monday.

In brief, we believe the operational performance has surpassed expectations, and we hold that our revised forecasts … are attainable, if not surpassable.”

The stock price of Red Rock fell to $42.46 per share on Friday, marking the lowest value in a year.
