Kick Off the New Year with Exciting and Free Activities at Stuttgart Public Library!

The Stuttgart Public Library provides complimentary programming for families with children of any age, offering an excellent opportunity to start the new year with enriching and enjoyable activities.

Family Storytime takes place on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Library manager Estella Dudman mentioned that toddlers, preschoolers, and their families have the chance to hear from a guest reader and engage in age-suitable activities.

“The children look forward to their snack time. Right after that, they enjoy playtime. This creates a chance for parents to connect with one another while the children play,” Dudman stated.

“They are community figures who come in to read to the children. I schedule them in advance. If anyone in the community or you would like to read, give me a call,” Dudman noted.

The library also organizes Family Craft Time on Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m.

“This is an after-school activity,” Dudman explained. “Each week, we offer a new craft. We supply all the materials and a snack.”

Families are not required to sign up to join in on the free activities.

“You simply come along. People of all ages are invited,” Dudman stated.
