NAPERVILLE – Tyler Leslie, a junior from Augustana, was recognized as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Student-Athlete of the Week in men’s swimming, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
 
During the double dual match on Saturday against Monmouth and Coe, Leslie triumphed in two individual competitions and contributed to a relay. He is the first swimmer from Augustana to receive CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week accolades this season.
 
Leslie completed the 200 individual medley in 1:54.46 and the 100 butterfly in 50.94 seconds. He also played a significant part in the Vikings’ victory in the 200 freestyle relay.
