JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Lifestyle Coordinator is essential in supporting the daily management of the community to meet community goals focused on resident retention. This position collaborates closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate the move-in process, and the creation and coordination of programs and resident events, along with all sales and marketing aspects for the senior living community.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Greets potential residents and current residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring their comfort while they await assistance from a team member. Provides assistance with tours when necessary.
2. Receives phone inquiries, directs all calls to the appropriate team member for help, and aids in completing service request call backs as required.
3. Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payments and cleanliness upon guest arrival and oversees the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
4. Manages all package deliveries by recording arrival details and informing residents of all deliveries within 24 hours.
5. Ensures that all amenities are in tour-ready condition and available for resident usage.
6. Leverages amenity space to formulate and implement innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs. Works on establishing outcomes as well as assessment criteria to evaluate program success.
7. Maintains detailed knowledge of local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and other valuable information that might interest residents, while fostering positive relationships and connections with concierge vendors and local businesses. Offers suggestions to residents regarding various services or needs and stays updated on community events.
8. Monitors and addresses the Lifestyle E-mail Account and collaborates with the Lifestyle Team to ensure timely responses to messages, while promoting awareness of events, programs, services, and initiatives.
9. Creates and distributes the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers featuring activities and events. Tracks and submits items for postings on the Resident Portal.
10. Engages in ensuring that Greystar’s sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are achieved.
11. Contributes input towards the budget development within the property portfolio concerning planned activities and resident retention strategies. Oversees expenses to remain within budget.

Additional Compensation:
Numerous factors influence employee compensation within the posted range, including business needs, prior experience, current skills, and geographic location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may qualify for a participation in an annual bonus program based on individual and corporate performance.
Onsite Property Positions: Additionally, this role may be eligible for participation in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
