FTI Consulting Unveils Ambitious Growth of Financial Services Expertise

Washington, D.C., Jan. 16, 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has today declared the selection of Tom Anapolis as a Senior Advisor in the Financial Services sector within the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting division.

Mr. Anapolis, who operates from New York, is a seasoned executive in gaming industry regulatory compliance with over 40 years of expertise in organizational and program management, process optimization, labor relations, regulatory oversight, and contract negotiations.

Previously, Mr. Anapolis held the position of Director of the Division of Gaming for the New York State Gaming Commission, overseeing the introduction of both physical and mobile sports betting, in addition to internal compliance controls. In his capacity at FTI Consulting, he will assist clients within the gaming sector with statutory and regulatory adherence, internal control evaluations, along with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming frameworks.

Additionally, Mr. Anapolis has previously functioned as the Executive Director and Chief of Operations at the New York State United Teachers, a labor organization representing active and retired workers from New York’s educational and healthcare institutions, along with serving as the Deputy Mayor and Chief of Operations for Schenectady, N.Y.
