Unveiling the Future: Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation’s 2025 Vision and Annual Lineup

Through the collective exhibition “Foam Talent 2024”, the Photography Foundation emphasizes emerging talent and showcases creations by 20 young international artists. These individuals were chosen via the “Foam Talent” initiative of the Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam Foam to support rising artists. The exhibition offers captivating perspectives on the contemporary issues and discussions engaging the new generation of artists globally. They address a variety of intricate topics in their artwork, such as the unseen threats of Internet algorithms, the dismantling of gender stereotypes, and the persistent effects of colonialism. The artists intentionally confront conventional photography formats and established viewpoints. Every other year, the Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam Foam invites young photographers from across the globe to submit their portfolios. The featured artists receive promotion through an extensive support program, which includes a publication, displays, and networking and mentoring opportunities. In addition, one artistic position is secured for the Art Collection Deutsche Börse. Since 2017, the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation has been backing the program. The exhibition will feature works by Eleonora Agostini, Cristóbal Ascencio, Florian Braakman, Sander Coers, Rehab Eldalil, Issam Larkat, Xin Li, Akshay Mahajan, Thero Makepe, Marisol Mendez, Ricardo Nagaoka, Andrea Orejarena & Caleb Stein, André Ramos-Woodard, Aaryan Sinha, Maryam Touzani, Jaclyn Wright, Shwe Wutt Hmon, Cansu Yıldıran, Sheung Yiu, and Amin Yousefi.
