Apple Unleashes Playful Homepage Panels to Amp Up Severance Promotions!

Apple is evidently very enthusiastic about Severance season 2, as the corporation keeps up its significant promotional efforts for the Apple TV+ series.

Following the installation of a transparent Severance cube at Grand Central Terminal in New York City, which featured Lumon employees at their workstations, the company has now incorporated some entertaining panels to its homepage …

The company initiated the campaign with a holiday sneak peek of the first eight minutes from the new season, preceding the pop-up event in New York, where actors from the show made appearances as themselves.

Located in New York City’s Grand Central Terminal, several employees are seen at Lumon desks and computers, working inside a glass enclosure adorned with Severance’s January 17 return date and the Apple TV+ logo.

Director Ben Stiller also made an appearance.

The excitement carries on today with a promotional panel featured on the homepage of apple.com, coming in second place only to the iPhone 16.

There are at least two variations; the first showcases one of the Lumon terminals utilized for macrodata refinement (on that note, there’s an intriguing hypothesis about this on Reddit). This is designed to resemble an Apple product image.

The second depicts a room filled with balloons featuring the face of team leader Mark Scout, referencing a scene in which the character is shown carrying the balloons down a corridor.
