Our Guest Experience Specialists proactively provide a diverse array of services that assist guests throughout their stay. Their responsibilities extend beyond typical front desk duties to encompass ownership of the guest’s experience in key areas within the hotel with a focus on a “guest first” attitude. They are authorized to navigate their environment and perform necessary tasks. From handling operational requirements, fulfilling guest inquiries, preparing reports, serving high-quality meals, to highlighting local attractions, the Guest Experience Specialist ensures that transactions are integrated into the overall experience.

 

Regardless of your position, there are essential elements that contribute to success – establishing a safe working environment, adhering to company regulations, safeguarding confidentiality, protecting company resources, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. Guest Experience Specialists will be actively engaged on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods) and adopting a hands-on approach to their tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance; stretching overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Successfully managing all these responsibilities (along with other reasonable job duties as needed) is crucial for Guest Experience Specialists – ensuring we get it right for our guests and our business every single time.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:                                High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:        No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience:          No supervisory experience.
