Tennis Titans Take a Hit: Men’s Team Stumbles in Troy Showdown

Box Score TROY, Ala. – The Samford men’s tennis squad was defeated by Troy University, 6-1, on Friday afternoon at The Lunsford Tennis Complex.
 
Troy triumphed on the No. 1 doubles court, yet the Bulldogs rallied back to secure victories on doubles courts No. 2 and No. 3.
 
Subsequently, Troy garnered victories in all six singles matches, clinching the contest with a final tally of 6-1.

Samford is set to compete against Alabama A&M on Sunday, Jan. 19.
