Vevey Grand Prix 2025/2026: Exciting Revelations Await!

The international photography competition of Images Vevey is back: more than 50,000 CHF in grants to support creation. Both established artists and photographers, along with those undergoing training, have until February 25 to participate in the contest for the 15th Grand Prix Images Vevey and/or the 6th Images Vevey Book Award.

Grand Prix Images Vevey
The Grand Prix Images Vevey serves as a grant aimed at fostering photography projects. The accolade allows one artist to cultivate a new photography initiative over the course of a year and to showcase it at the upcoming Biennale Images Vevey from September 5 to 27, 2026. This competition offers exceptional backing for contemporary creation, granting complete freedom over theme and style.

In 2023/2024, Sasha Kurmaz (Ukraine) received the Grand Prix Images Vevey for Red Horse.

Images Vevey Book Award
The Images Vevey Book Award provides funding to assist with the publication of a photography book that achieves a perfect and innovative equilibrium between format and imagery. It offers a financial contribution designed to motivate artists to explore bold ideas and innovate, enabling them to create a sophisticated publication format suitable for their photographic venture.

In 2023/2024, Debsuddha (India) was honored with the Grand Prix Images Vevey for Crossroads.

Entry submission procedure
(1) Candidates must submit their project by February 25, 2025 (23:59 PM CET). (2) A preliminary jury selects up to 35 projects for the Grand Prix and 25 projects for the Book Award. (3) The selected artists must send a complete portfolio by April 22, 2025. (4) An international jury finalizes the winning project on May 11, 2025. (5) The champion has one year to finalize the submitted project.
