Any individual reserving or buying travel services provided by Good Times Travel, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “GTT”) agrees to the subsequent conditions. GTT is accountable to you in organizing the travel services presented on this website, which includes, but is not restricted to transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, meals, and tickets. The carriers, hotels, and other providers offering tour services are independent contractors and are not representatives or employees of GTT. GTT serves solely as an agent for the airline and/or cruise line; in all other respects, GTT does not represent any party in any manner. GTT is not responsible for the deliberate or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or any air carrier and/or cruise line or their respective employees, representatives, or agents, which includes, but is not limited to, their failure to perform or their insufficient or partial provision of services. All certificates and other travel documents for the services provided by GTT are subject to the terms and conditions determined by the supplier, as well as the laws of the countries where the services are provided. Neither GTT, nor any representative, employee, or affiliate shall be accountable for any accident, injury, death, property damage, delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, distress, upset, or personal loss for you or those traveling with you in relation to any accommodations, transportation, or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any events or circumstances beyond GTT’s control, which include but are not limited to, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, war, vehicle defects, equipment failures, strikes, theft, delays or cancellations of, or changes in itineraries or schedules. GTT holds no liability regarding the provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be given. It is understood that GTT will exert its best efforts to ensure appropriate measures are taken. GTT reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour or vacation at its discretion. GTT and/or their Tour Directors maintain the right to terminate the participation (without reimbursement) of any group member at their discretion if such person’s health, behavior, or general demeanor hinders the operation of the tour and/or creates any difficulty or loss of enjoyment for the Tour Director and/or other tour members. In such instances, there will be no reimbursement to the tour member for the unused segment of the tour, and all additional expenses incurred, such as airline ticket change fees, transfers to the airport, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the tour member whose participation was terminated. GTT is not accountable for any expenses or damages incurred by any tour member. GTT holds the right to cancel or alter at their discretion and without notice, any tour including, but not limited to, modifications of dates, routing, hotel changes, meal adjustments, shows, and/or sightseeing services of any tour in this catalog or related literature pertaining to a GTT travel package. All prices are subject to change. GTT retains the right to rectify promotional or pricing errors at any time, or raise the program price in response to cost increases due to airfare changes, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. Parking at any of GTT’s designated departure points is done at your own risk. GTT is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles left at designated departure points or costs related to towing or the retrieval of towed vehicles. GTT cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to luggage and personal items due to breakage, theft, ordinary wear and tear, or through handling by hotel, airline, and group carrier, or other factors beyond our control. Participants may be photographed for promotional uses. No individual, other than an authorized representative of GTT armed with a written document, is permitted to modify, add, or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. A contract is established upon receipt of payment by Good Times Travel, Inc. of Fountain Valley, CA and any disputes shall be governed by California law and subject to the jurisdiction of the County of Orange, CA.
