Celebrating the Trailblazers: MSI & HBCU Travel Award Honorees

Thanks to a funding opportunity from the National Science Foundation granted to the American Institute of Physics and the American Physical Society, 67 full travel scholarships (covering registration, travel, and accommodation) were awarded to students from minority-serving institutions (MSIs) and historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) for attending PhysCon 2016. These students also showcased their research interests and outreach initiatives at PhysCon 2016.
