Grow Well SG assists children, families, and schools in creating supportive atmospheres that promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Tailored Health Plans have been initiated for children, beginning with students in Primary 1 to 3, as a segment of HPB’s yearly school health examination program. Each child receives a Health Plan comprised of a lifestyle prescription, outcomes from school health screenings, vaccination reports, and referrals to public health facilities when required. The Health Plan also offers families resources to assist their kids in cultivating lifelong healthy habits.

The Childhood Health Behaviours Checklist (CHBC) encompasses four lifestyle areas: Screen Usage, Sleep, Physical Activity, and Nutrition. This checklist is utilized during the Childhood Developmental Screening appointments for children aged 0-6 years, to assist in enhancing and maintaining parents’ awareness of healthful practices their children should adopt from an early stage.
