South Africa is set to host the gathering of the G20 Foreign Ministers on 20-21 February 2025 in Johannesburg, located in the Gauteng Province. The event will revolve around the theme: Solidarity, Equality, Sustainability.

Media representatives interested in covering the meeting are encouraged to submit applications for accreditation. Only genuine media professionals are permitted to apply.

Journalists utilizing passports for identification should be aware that their passports must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the meeting dates. Additionally, at least two pages of the passport should be blank.

The cutoff date for media accreditation is Friday, 31 January 2025. There will be no extensions, and applications submitted late will not be entertained.
