The luxury auto garage will accommodate 79 garage condos, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet in size on the ground level. Each condo features a steel mezzanine and staircase with complete utilities allowing owners to customize their ideal garage. Every garage condo will be equipped with app-controlled HVAC and glass garage doors that open into the facility’s interior.

The facility showcases a 13,000 square foot two-story lounge and a 60,000 square foot open-air concours situated centrally within the building for both public and private occasions. “This will be the premier venue for car exhibitions in Texas,” asserts Holigan.
