Our on-site personnel arrive prior to your event and are the last to depart, ensuring you and your guests experience the finest service possible.

The auditorium space at the Hunter Museum guarantees complete seclusion and features in-house wired A/V facilities that include: 1 wired podium, 1 wireless podium, 1 retractable projector screen, 1 Epson projector, wireless microphones, and ambient music. Please consult your coordinator regarding A/V costs. Professional A/V services can be engaged by the client if necessary. Daytime availability spans from 8 AM to 6 PM. Additional or extended hours require approval and may incur extra charges.
