Due to the current lower in NSF funding for analysis, AIM can not assure full reimbursement of journey bills to all its contributors. In an effort to make the best use of accessible funds, the next restrictions have been put in place.

For funded contributors in AIM’s workshop and SQuaREs packages, collaborating for the total 5 days of this system, reimbursement is topic to the circumstances under.

Airfare/Bus/Train

Maximum reimbursement for these providers is $300 inside California; $750 inside North America; and $1000 elsewhere. These limits embrace charges for seats, baggage, and different incidentals. Reimbursement can be restricted to the price of the least costly superior buy roundtrip airfare.

Ride providers

Personal car

Overseas journey

These exemptions don’t embrace the U.Ok., Canada, or Mexico. All flights originating within the U.Ok. or North America should bear the designation of a U.S. airline.
