Apply For Travel and Expense Clerk

The Travel and Expense Clerk shall be answerable for actions associated to the auditing and processing of worker bills and the administration of the AmEx and Pcard program in Stryker’s Costa Rica Business Center. 

• Process worker expense experiences precisely and on time, guaranteeing compliance with the Global Travel & Expense coverage.

• Audit worker expense experiences and company card statements to confirm correct utilization and alignment with inside insurance policies and SOX controls.

• Manage day by day company card administration duties, together with issuing and shutting playing cards, processing non permanent credit score will increase, and responding to cardholder inquiries.

• Support customers by resolving company card reconciliation points and offering clear steering on T&E insurance policies.

• Stay present on updates and enhancements to card supplier programs to make sure environment friendly and compliant operations.

• Respond to inquiries and observe up on ServiceNow tickets, calls, and emails associated to Concur, Amex, and different T&E programs for UCAN and LATAM.

• Prepare weekly and month-to-month experiences on company card utilization and expense programs, together with Amex and Concur.

• Assist with further duties assigned by administration to assist the Accounts Payable Operations staff.

Required

• Technical High School diploma or present college scholar in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance

• 6 months to 1 12 months of related work expertise in finance or customer support, ideally in a matrixed worldwide firm with publicity to complicated reporting practices and a number of reporting programs

• English proficiency – B2 stage or increased (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience utilizing Concur Expense, American Express, Citibank platforms, and ServiceNow

• Familiarity with Workday and SAP programs

• Portuguese language expertise
