PUEBLO, Colo. – Colorado State University Pueblo Head Swimming and Diving Coach Susanne Divelbiss has introduced Tucker Rivera as her new lead assistant coach for the upcoming 2025-26 marketing campaign.

Coach Tucker Rivera MPA joins the Thunderwolves, in his first season as an NCAA Coach. Born in Denver, and raised in Littleton, Coach Rivera grew up coaching for the University of Denver Hilltoppers. Known for his high-energy teaching type, and eager understanding of stroke mechanics, Rivera hopes to advertise a tradition of excellence on the Sam Jones Natatorium. Most lately, Rivera coached for Highlands Ranch Aquatics (Silver Medal Club), the place he served the 24-25 season as a Sprint and Age Group coach.

 

Rivera swam on the NCAA DIII degree for the University of Chicago (’21), the place he was twice named to the University Athletic Association’s All-Academic Team. There, he graduated with bachelor’s levels in Political Science and Public Policy Studies – en path to a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (’24). As a membership swimmer, Rivera was a Futures qualifier within the 200 Breast and 400 IM.
