Catching up with a Golden Bear – Annamarie Rodier

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – During the summer season months, Kutztown athletics takes a break from competitors. So, what do Golden Bear student-athletes love to do of their down time? Over the subsequent month, we will likely be catching up with some KU Golden Bears.
 
Annamarie Rodier (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) – Women’s Swimming – Senior
 
What is your favourite factor about summer season?
– My favourite factor about summer season is having fun with the nice and cozy climate and with the ability to see my household and mates extra usually.
 
What is your favourite factor to do in the course of the summer season?
– My favourite factor to do in the course of the summer season is to go down the shore, swim within the ocean, and search for shells. 
 
Favorite trip spot you have been to? One place you have not been to but, however wish to?
– I actually loved visiting Porto Rico however my dream trip spot is Italy.
 
What have you ever been as much as/present plans this summer season from a sport perspective?
– This summer season I’ve been busy with work and hanging out with my mates. I even have been spending high quality time with my nephew. From a sport perspective, I’ve been swimming each morning with my previous workforce from residence and lifting on the gymnasium.
 
What’s a track you may jam out to that makes you are feeling prefer it’s summer season?
– It is so tough to choose only one however not too long ago I’ve been jamming out to “Feels Like Summer,” by Childish Gambino.
 
What do you miss about KU in the course of the summer season months?
– During the summer season I miss with the ability to apply with my teammates and having them there to encourage me.
 
Favorite place to be on campus when it is a good, sunny and heat day?
– My favourite place to take pleasure in a pleasant sunny day on campus is by the softball fields, tanning with my mates.
 
Favorite summer season dessert/deal with?
– This can be so tough to choose only one however in the course of the summer season I really like making s’mores.
 
Favorite approach to hold cool in the course of the summer season?
– My favourite approach to hold cool in the course of the summer season is by having fun with ice cream and to go swimming, (Recreationally after all).
 
Any summer season traditions you do with mates/household that you just take pleasure in?
– A convention that I like to do each summer season with my family and friends is to go blueberry selecting.
 
What do you sit up for most about returning to KU in August?
– I sit up for seeing all of my mates and teammates that do not get to see over the summer season.
