After inaugurating its first part as a landmark within the city redevelopment of Largo da Batata, LAPI is shifting ahead with its second part, establishing itself as a dynamic hub of tradition, gastronomy, and commerce in Pinheiros. Designed by Superlimão, with a masterplan by Spol and developed by Jacarandá Capital, the undertaking expands the preliminary proposal by integrating new industrial areas and enhancing the connection between the blocks, selling a steady circulation of individuals and experiences. In part 2, the method follows the idea of open and linked occupation, respecting native id and reinforcing the neighborhood’s vocation for gatherings and out of doors experiences.
